B orn in Mobile, Alabama Howie
has been a peninsula resident for almost fifty years. He grew
up in Menlo Park and Redwood City and he currently resides
on the Peninsula. He attended Woodside High School from
1965 thru 1969 and then went on to attend both Canada College
and the College of San Mateo.
Howie was a past Master Councilor in the
Order of DeMolay of the Menlo Park Chapter and was a Past President
of the Belmont/San Carlos Chapter of LeTip International and
a founding member and Past President of the Peninsula Business
Network.
Howie enjoys all sports and was very active in competitive
softball and bowling locally for years but now spends his leisure
time golfing and going to the horse races. He also has a love
for remodeling houses and that gives him great insight for
real estate potential and value as well as learning about the
intricacies of a house. He looks forward to building his own
home some day to retire in. Howie is also an aspiring author
currently writing his autobiography and has another project
in the works.
Howie has been a full time Realtor since 1992
and has enjoyed a successful career working in one of the peninsulas
premier independent brokerages since then. He
is a member of the National, California, and San Mateo County
Association of Realtors and has obtained the National Association
of Realtors Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. He is
currently completing the process to obtain his brokers license
as well as obtaining his Certified Residential Specialist Designation
from the National Association of Realtors after becoming a
graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Howie brings a high
level of ethics, knowledge, and experience to the table to
benefit his clients for life.
