Howie Clark has been at the independent office of Dumas and Company since his real estate career began in 1992 and his partner Janice Fager was added shortly after to create their dynamic team concept.  They are both lifetime mid peninsula residents.  They have recently added Carleigh Klein to their team in order to handle their expanding business and enable them to provide the level of service that they feel their clients deserve in this fast paced unprecedented market.  Carleigh is a recent graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and has been a licensed realtor since she was 18.

Their business is primarily based on repeat customers and referrals so this allows them to spend their time marketing their clients’ properties rather than trying to get new business.  They pride themselves on delivering professional detailed hands on service and utilizing the most recent advances of technology.  They hold all of their own open houses, host all of their own realtor tours, personally assist with the completion of all disclosures, schedule and attend all inspections and escrow procedures, and will handle any details to make the stress of buying or selling real estate easier for their clients.  They have access to competent, licensed, insured professionals of all trades to help their clients during the process of buying and selling real estate.

Howie handles most of the disclosure and contractual issues and is a skilled negotiator, while Janice and Carleigh handle most of the marketing and scheduling details.  We are always accessible to answer someones’ questions because their clients’ needs are the most important thing to them and they want the chance to show why they are different, all agents are not the same just because they have the same license.  The sooner someone hires them the sooner they can get started working.  Their goal is to have a long list of clients for life!
